DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered the breath belt and two ball beginner combo, and they only sent me the two balls. I paid $175 (plus $5 shipping) and only received the two balls worth $15. I have tried to contact them MULTIPLE times to fix this and have been flat out ignored. I will be issuing a chargeback since I can’t even contact this seller to get a proper refund. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I have ordered a breathbelt and ball combo and only receive the balls. I have contacted support several times and have been assured that the issue would be addressed but it has not.
Absolutely love the breathe belt! Have been looking for a waist trainer or something like it to help control my waist but also challenge my breathing better through my back. This is so much better than a waist trainer because of how well it flexes when you breathe so even if it’s super tight it’s not too stiff. I use this thing all the time now.
I ordered this belt hoping it would be a good tool to help me brush up my core bracing. I was disappointed by both the quality of the Breath Belt itself (especially given the steep $160 price tag) and the lack of included instructions on how to use it. When the belt arrived, I noticed that, while the materials making up the panels and layers felt decent quality, there were multiple areas with questionable stitching. This left me skeptical about how well the belt's panels and layers would hold together overtime (and how expensive it would be to replace once worn out). The belt came with no instructions, and the instructional video on https://thebreathbelt.com/pages/how-to-use-the-breath-belt was a dead link. The https://thebreathbelt.com/pages/videos-and-tutorials page was largely promotional videos rather than solid instructional videos. Finally, I found that one of the support emails listed on the website, thebreathbelt@gmail.com, doesn't deliver to any address and I'm still awaiting a reply from support@thebreathbelt.com to start a return. Overall, I really wanted to love this product, but was let down by the build quality, lack of instructions, and spotty support.

Absolutely LOVE the Breath Belt. Light weight material & strong. I have been using it on 5 mile hikes & in the weight room to recover from tweaking my back playing golf. The bag the belt gets delivered in could use an upgrade to branded box or something, but other than that, I am blown away what a difference & support it provides to my posture. I am looking forward to testing it out while sitting at my desk trading all day. Highly recommend !!!
it’s perfect for strongman
Big fan of the Breath Belt - I am a big proponent of belly / deep breathing techniques in/out of the gym as I am someone who suffers from crippling anxiety so finding the BB has been a godsent for me! It forces me to perform deep belly breathing constantly and in turn reduces my anxiety and stress levels significantly throughout the entire day and it plays a big role in my strength gains at the gym

I've been training high profile clients for my entire life and throughout that journey no product has impressed me like Breath Belt has! Hands down the best S&C tool I've ever used - every weight room should have a breath belt hanging in the rack, its literally a staple and not sure why it isn't already a necessity in the gym for Athletes and regular fitness goers. Breath Belt is my favorite new accessory piece in the gym! I've become addicted to this tool - initially it was used for just compound movements I was performing and was similar to a weight belt but WAY better! More stability and hip / lower back triggers so my form became better and I truly felt myself becoming stronger each week using it!

Tennis balls in the pockets are a game changer! Didn't realize this feature at first but its just like that pso-rite product but this is better because I can have the same results without needing to lay down on a mini half pipe for 20-30 minutes. Highly recommend BB for those looking to hit PRs in the gym, for those manual labor workers on their feet all day and for those traveling on long flights / drives, this relieves so much tension & discomfort!
The Breath Belt is a very unique product. It's obviously made with high-quality material and works really well in tightening the gut to emphasize diaphragmatic breathing, which is something I've been trying to focus on more in my routine. Working out with it on is great too. Easy to put on/take off. No drawbacks, I really enjoy the belt and I use it for almost every workout. Highly recommend!
I've been in the lifting and S/C space for a long time, started out in the weight room with High Schools, then went up to College (D2/D1) and now am training Professional Athletes daily and what I can say is the Breath Belt is my secrete weapon with all my Athletes! I wish I had this years ago as it truly helps teach proper form, proper diaphragmatic breathing, provides a true lower belly/psoas release when inserting lacrosse or tennis balls and gives constant internal pressure cues that alleviate a ton of bodily issues over time. There is no direct comparison to the Breath Belt - honestly any weight belt, waist trainer, breathing wrap won't even come close to the Breath Belt - go out and purchase one today and I promise after one use of it, you will never go back to not using it!
Strong believer in Breath work / control and the BB is a perfect compliment to that! Never have I ever used a tool that better teaches and perfects breathing techniques like the breath belt! I literally am using this thing throughout my entire day from morning yoga/grounding, to lunch time walks, to running errands (Easily can wear under my shirts/sweaters) and while I'm in the gym (Game changer here - I do a split between pilates and crossfit each week and it helps tremendously on both). I've had my Breath Belt for a month now and am really happy with the results I've been seeing in the gym! Took a while to get the belt but very satisfied with it so far.
I’m a competitive bodybuilder and the Breath Belt came strongly recommended to me by my posing coach. I was skeptical at first, but it’s been a game changer. Aside from improving my breathing mechanics, it’s helped me bring in my core and improve core control tremendously. I’ve noticed improved posture and mechanics in general, as well as greater glute activation during my lifts and even just walking in the treadmill. I’m definitely a fan and will continue to use it and recommend it!

The box only had the yellow beginner balls, not the belt. I didn't receive the belt, and you charged me $162 for two balls. I have reached out to support multiple times via email, IG, and FB/Meta. No help or support has been received so far.

Great product, but the service missed badly. The company didn’t ship as promised and although it arrived quickly once sent, the delay meant it took a month to receive, preventing me from using it for an injured back rehab. It also took over three weeks to get a response to multiple messages and they never addressed their fast-shipping guarantee. After they finally replied with a system error explanation, I followed up yet again asking how they would honor that guarantee and those requests were ignored. I support small businesses, but communication and accountability need serious improvement.
The belt is too small. It's well made and looks terrific, I'm just too big for the belt. I have emailed twice regarding the return process. There's been no response. Disappointed with the support and follow up.
